One of my favorite local restaurants, D’Carbon, just opened a Hawthorne location, and I was on hand for the ribbon cutting.

My wife and I did many a date night at their Paterson location when it first opened. They were a victim of their own success, and soon it became hard to get a table on weekends. Lately, we just go there for carry out. Some of the best Pollo in the area.
