Hawthorne Color Run returns

I covered the SEPA Color Run in 2019 & 2024. Here are some of my faves from both years. From my story in TAPinto Hawthorne: The Hawthorne Special Education Parent Advisory Council hosted its Sixth Annual Color Run in Goffle Brook Park on May 5.

“We’re fundraising for the Hawthorne School District Special Education Program,” said Robyn Crawford, SEPAC Co-President. “At today’s event, we raised money through donations from various communities and programs around here. We’re hoping to give quite a bit back to the district this year.’

The Color Run is a 3.1-mile event with a route that circles Goffle Brook Park. “Most people take about 40 minutes to complete it,” said Crawford.
